Welcome to city that care forgot. Here in New Orleans, we supernaturals live by our own rules; humans have no power over us. And here in the Sanctuary of the Crescent City, you'll find we are more than accommodating to those who may have been facing persecution even well before The Reckoning happened. This is how we live, here below sea level. So sit back, grab some sweet tea and laissez le bon temps rouler.

French Quarter
The Historical French Quarter is home to some stunning old world charm, and new world eccentricities. Like much of the city, they know how to have a good time here. Dare you try your luck on Bourbon St; or are you looking for a classy meal? Locals and tourists alike advance upon the Quarter almost ritualistically.

Garden District
Known for its well preserved historic mansions and sprawling live oak trees, the Garden District was the height of opulence between 1830 and 1900. To this day, it is a center for wealth and high standing located just upriver from the Vieux Carré. The St Charles streetcar runs down the main thoroughfare of the Garden District into the French Quarter. Magazine Street is a major destination for shopping and restaurants.

Mid-City & Lakeview
The Canal Street streetcar bisects the Mid-City neighborhood. Home to City Park and many of the city's public works departments, it is primarily a blue collar, residential neighborhood since the Reckoning. Those that live there are proud of their neighborhood. Streets are lined with shotgun houses.

Bywater & the Marigny
Brightly colored houses in French and Spanish style are packed along the streets just downriver from the Quarter. The neighborhood has gentrified greatly in the past few decades. Although now known for being a hipster neighborhood, the history is not lost on its current residents. Frenchman Street is popular with the locals for its Jazz clubs and nightlife.

The Veranda
In the South, everybody gathers to hang out on the porch. It's the same around here.
